Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Perishable goods, digital downloads, or customized/personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
If returns are not accepted: We reserve the right to refuse refunds in all cases. All sales are final.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., credit/debit card via Omise, bank transfer, etc.)
- Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
