Late or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for the latest update
  3. Reach out to us at helloplaceplace@gmail.com if the issue remains unresolved — please include your order number

    We will investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package. If the item is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

    Damaged Items Upon Arrival

    If your item arrives damaged, please:

    • Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item
    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at helloplaceplace@gmail.com 
    • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
